About Me
Joe Mandracchia was born and raised in the heart of the San Fernando Valley. After graduating from UC Davis in 2015, he began working at illi Commercial Real Estate as a marketing assistant. Soon after, he discovered his passion for commercial real estate and joined the sales team. For the last 5 years, Joe has proved to be an amazing asset to the illi team.
As a commercial real estate agent, Joe’s primary focus is the leasing of retail properties and tenant representation. He also has a significant amount of experience with industrial leasing, office leasing, and retail sales and investments. Joe has closed transactions with national, regional, and local businesses. He has developed a special skill set that has allowed him to successfully navigate various transactions, whether it’s finding the perfect tenant for a landlord or identifying a location and negotiating a deal for a start-up business.
His charisma, experience, dedication, and a true passion for commercial real estate have helped his reputation and business quickly excel. Joe is adamant about finding the best possible solution to his clients’ problems with a balance of tried and true methods and creative, outside-of-the-box strategizing.
Aside from commercial real estate, Joe is passionate about music and fitness. He practices piano, works out in his free time, and offers personal training services with his NASM certification.
