Professional Experience and Background:

Greg Offsay is a Los Angeles native whose passion for the city is at the core of his approach to the real estate business. Greg joined illi Commercial Real Estate in December 2007 after graduating from the University of Southern California, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.

Greg is an Executive Vice President of Sales and Leasing. His primary focus is in brokerage, leasing, and investment sales, of retail and industrial properties. He partners with Landlords, Tenants, Sellers, and Buyers to ensure that they achieve their investment and/or utility objectives. Greg has facilitated well over 500 transactions with national, international, and local businesses, including Westfield, Macerich, Regency Centers, Providence Health, Dunkin Donuts, Western Dental, Crumbl Cookies, Cano Health, Hertz Rent-a-Car, Tapout Fitness, Bar Method, Pure Barre, Karina Smirnoff Dance Studio, State Bank of India (California), Dollar Tree, Baskin Robbins, Yogurtland, Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt, Fresh Brothers Pizza, Ortho Mattress and more.

Greg has completed more than $100 million worth of sales transactions.

Greg is committed to providing his clients with the highest level of real estate advisory services. He participates in many professional networking groups and regularly pursues continuing education opportunities. Greg is a CCIM Designee, and an active member of Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC – formerly known as International Council of Shopping Centers) and its Next Generation group. Greg is the current President and the moderator for the All Cities Network. He is a founding member of the Real Estate Executives networking group, benefiting the Los Angeles Jewish Home, and supports LA Family Housing, Jewish National Fund, CREW-LA, ACRE, Jewish Federation REC, and a variety of other professional and philanthropic organizations.
